We relied on GF Pastry for our wedding cake and the choice turned out to be absolutely perfect. Thanks to a combination of professionalism and youthful spirit, they were able to transform an idea into an original, elegant… simply unique sweet creation. Once they arrived at the location, they dedicated themselves with attention to detail: the final stage of the decoration was completed directly in front of us and our guests, adding a touch of spectacularity at the moment of cutting. Despite the oppressive summer heat, the cake remained fresh and tasty, confirming the extraordinary quality of the ingredients. The service was impeccable, attentive and punctual, and our guests appreciated every slice. We are grateful to GF Pastry for making our day even more special: the beauty, taste and care shown in their work exceeded all expectations.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had! I've never had such a good brioche: it was simply perfect. Just the right amount of crispy, with a soft and light dough, and a truly delicious cream, velvety and not heavy. A rare balance. The cappuccino was also a wonderful surprise: a real cappuccino made the right way, nice and hot, creamy, and well-balanced, not the usual coffee and milk with a little foam on top. And even though it was served in a paper cup, it was truly delicious. The only small flaw: the place is very small, with very few seats—a shame, because it deserves much more space. Super positive review: I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We discovered this place for a quick breakfast, and we fell in love! The coffee is simply perfect, the croissants soft and fragrant, and the pastries… an explosion of flavor! They have sophisticated and delicious flavor combinations that surprise you with every bite. When my best friend's birthday came around, we had no doubts about where to order the cake. We chose a classic for 30 people: soft sponge cake, velvety hazelnut cream, and fresh whipped cream. It was spectacular, so good we fought over the last slices! 😂😂 Kudos to the team for the refined flavors, exceptional quality, and attention to detail. A place that can make any occasion special. Highly recommended!

After weeks and months of constant sampling, I can only compliment the folks at GF. Virtually every dessert I've tasted is unique and delicious. Excellent ingredients, careful preparation, courtesy and helpfulness—nothing more to add. The only downside is that after having breakfast at GF, every other croissant or brioche will seem tasteless and become addictive. 😉 Well done, guys, keep it up!

I've been frequenting this pastry shop since it opened and have never been disappointed. The quality of the products is undeniable, as is their deliciousness. It's the perfect place for breakfast (and more), as the team's creativity allows us customers to find innovative and special products, flavors, and combinations every week. Five stars also to the staff, both for their skill and their helpfulness and kindness.

A colleague from Pordenone recommended this pastry shop to me, and this morning I drove from Udine to try it for myself... The brioches are exceptionally good (and beautiful). I even bought some to take home to share this sweet discovery. A feast for the palate and the eyes. The pastry chef (who, I discovered, is very young) will surely go a long way.

After trying the pastries, the croissants, and a wedding cake, we ordered a birthday cake for our daughter... it was simply spectacular, delicious, and beautiful! Worthy of note, but not least, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Truly well done!
